Dr. Paul Liu is a distinguished leader in biopharmaceutical innovation with over three decades of experience spanning process development, GMP manufacturing, and technology transfer. A PhD graduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware (1987), Dr. Liu has held pivotal roles across diverse biomanufacturing domains, including cell culture, protein purification, analytical development, and advanced modalities such as ADCs, vaccines, and cell & gene therapies.

With 15 years of executive leadership in China at WuXi Biologics, WuXi AppTec, and Shanghai Henlius/Fosun Pharma, he has overseen critical functions such as biosafety testing, viral clearance, facility design, and the implementation of single-use technologies. Dr. Liu’s exceptional expertise drives forward innovation at the intersection of science and technology.
